HR Manager

Keziah Kuku Kwateng is a Registered Nurse and aspiring Human Resource professional with experience in both healthcare delivery and people-focused services. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing and a Certificate in Psychology and Counselling, equipping her with a strong understanding of patient care, human behaviour, and workplace relationships.

Keziah completed her National Service at Suntreso Government Hospital and has gained valuable clinical experience through her work at Allen Clinic and Dominase SDA Hospital. Her background has strengthened her skills in communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, employee support, and organizational effectiveness.

In addition to her nursing expertise, Keziah has a keen interest in Human Resource Management, particularly in employee relations, staff welfare, recruitment support, training and development, performance management, and workplace wellbeing. Her combined knowledge of healthcare and counselling enables her to foster positive working environments while supporting both individual and organizational growth.

She is passionate about delivering quality service, promoting professional excellence, and contributing to the success and well-being of the people and organizations she serves.
