Coordinator

Abigail Oduro is a dedicated nursing professional and development practitioner with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing from KAAF University. Her passion for quality healthcare, research, and community development has shaped her commitment to improving lives through service and innovation.

As the Coordinator of United for Innovation and Development (UFIAD), Abigail oversees the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of programmes that promote healthcare, education, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development. She works closely with the leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of the organization's initiatives.

Abigail previously served as a Nurse at GBC Clinic and worked with Prudential Life Insurance Ghana. She currently serves as a Research Assistant at the African Institute for Migration and Security Research (AIMS-R), contributing to research, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based development initiatives.

A committed Christian and humanitarian, Abigail is passionate about serving others with excellence, integrity, and compassion. She remains dedicated to advancing UFIAD's mission of creating lasting, positive impact across communities in Ghana and beyond.
