Mark Nti

Mark Nti is a highly skilled Building Technologist and construction professional with extensive experience in construction management, property development, building maintenance, and project supervision. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology from Kumasi Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Education from the University of Education, Winneba.

As the Operations Manager of UFIAD Real Estate & Interior Decoration, Mark oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development, property management, renovation, and interior decoration projects. He is committed to delivering quality, efficient, and client-focused solutions that meet the highest professional standards.

In addition to his role at UFIAD, Mark serves as a Senior Works Superintendent at the University of Education, Winneba, Ajumako Campus, where he supervises construction and renovation projects, coordinates field operations, and ensures compliance with engineering and safety standards.
