Legal Advisor

Edward Sakyi is a lawyer with a strong academic and professional background in both Law and Nursing. As Legal Advisor to United for Innovation and Development (UFIAD), he provides strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, employment law, risk management, and organizational policy.

He holds a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law, an LLB from Wisconsin International University College, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing from Christian Service University College. His multidisciplinary background enables him to provide practical legal guidance on healthcare regulation, institutional governance, and compliance.

Edward has gained valuable legal experience through his work with Law Group & Co., Addo, Addo & Legal Attorneys, Ntrakwah & Co., and Kwame Gyan & Associates, where he has handled legal research, contract review, legal drafting, litigation support, client advisory, and case management.
