Oliver Wiredu Wiafe is a distinguished healthcare professional, philanthropist, and social entrepreneur with over seven years of experience in healthcare and more than five years of experience in homecare management and building construction. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of United for Innovation and Development (UFIAD), he provides visionary leadership focused on youth empowerment, innovation, and sustainable community development.

He studied Nursing at Christian Service University in Kumasi, Ghana, and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing, with certification issued by the University of Ghana. He also holds professional training in Homecare Management. His diverse professional background has equipped him with strong clinical, managerial, leadership, and project development expertise across healthcare, homecare services, and community initiatives.

Driven by a passion for humanitarian service, Oliver actively supports orphanages and vulnerable individuals through charitable initiatives and community outreach programs. He believes that meaningful and lasting impact is achieved through empowerment, collaboration, and service to others.

A devoted Christian, Oliver is known for his humility, integrity, and commitment to excellence. His leadership is guided by a strong sense of purpose and a desire to create positive change that improves lives and strengthens communities.
